Al Hilal will travel to face Al Taawoun on Saturday at the latter’s stadium in Buraidah for Matchday 7 of the Saudi Pro League. Ahead of the game, reports have emerged regarding the availability of goalkeeper Yassine Bouno and winger Cristian Samerville.

Bono’s Participation in Doubt

According to Saudi newspaper Al Riyadiyah, Yassine Bouno’s chances of featuring against Al Taawoun are slim due to the injury he sustained recently. The Moroccan goalkeeper suffered a hamstring injury before the match against Neom last Monday at Kingdom Arena in Matchday 6. He was replaced by Mohammed Al Owais, but Al Hilal still suffered a 2-0 defeat.

The report adds that Bouno’s status for traveling with the squad to Al Qassim remains unclear after undergoing treatment sessions on Wednesday. A final decision is expected after the last training session before departure.

Samerville Ready to Return

On a more positive note, Cristian Samerville is fit to play against Al Taawoun after recovering from the injury he picked up in the previous match against Neom. Al Riyadiyah indicates that the Dutch winger’s muscle complaint is minor, making him available for normal selection.

Al Hilal’s Current Standing

Al Hilal currently tops the Saudi Pro League table with 15 points, leading on goal difference ahead of Al Nassr and Al Qadsiah, who sit second and third respectively.
