- Ministry of Hajj and Umrah: Announced a comprehensive cloud transformation for the ‘Nusuk Digital’ system, designed to increase technical flexibility and ensure the continuity of digital services for pilgrims.

In a push to expand AI adoption in government services, several new tools were introduced:
- Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture: Unveiled ‘Namaa AI’, a voice assistant for the Nama platform, to simplify user access and boost digital engagement.
- Saudi Food and Drug Authority: Launched ‘Pro-Verifier’, a smart product verification service that uses AI to analyze product data and cross-check it with registered information, improving verification efficiency and data reliability.
