Deloitte Middle East is returning to LEAP 2026 for the fourth consecutive year, bringing a program that addresses the shift from AI experimentation to enterprise-wide implementation. The focus is on delivering measurable value, strengthening operational resilience, and building trust. According to a press release, organizations across the Middle East are struggling to move beyond pilot projects and integrate AI into their core systems and workflows.
The State of AI in Enterprises
Deloitte’s ‘State of AI in Enterprises 2026’ report reveals that only 34% of surveyed companies are using AI to fundamentally transform their products, processes, or business models. Meanwhile, 37% are focusing on limited productivity gains without significant operational changes. Many organizations remain stuck in the proof-of-concept phase, launching pilots that never scale due to integration challenges, governance complexities, and infrastructure limitations.
Key Themes for the Next Phase of AI
Deloitte’s program at LEAP 2026 will center on three critical areas for the next stage of enterprise AI:
- The Reality of Agentic AI: Moving AI from answering questions to executing tasks within workflows.
- AI in the Physical World: Integrating AI with robotics, IoT, and infrastructure.
- The Trust Equation: Establishing governance, ethics, and sovereignty frameworks necessary for scaling AI responsibly.

Deloitte at LEAP 2026
On September 2, Deloitte will lead the ‘AI Leaders Platform’ at LEAP 2026, with a program structured around three pillars: achieving value, enhancing resilience, and building trust. Sessions will cover AI in the workplace, cyber resilience, AI governance, and trusted AI deployment at scale. Participants include representatives from Expo 2030 Riyadh, Saudi First Bank, Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA), as well as Oracle, Dell, Amazon Web Services, IBM, and NVIDIA.
Deloitte will also host an interactive space featuring live demos, client discussion sessions, and a studio for recording live podcast episodes during the conference.
